| Smith Peak Lookout is in good condition and is staffed during the fire season. This structure has burned twice, the last time in 1987. Pam has been on duty here for 12 years and has done a lot of extra work keeping it in great shape. This lookout was recently placed on the National Historic Lookout Register #1188.
